PS: Great Game and I LOVE it, except, so many glitches since last patch, crying shame, sometimes its way better not to fix what's not broken. I saw on forums possible ways to help, such as verify the game? but Im not very savvy when it comes to technical things like this, so im not really sure where to go from here. Also, the damn radiators are still broken, parts missing, I tried selling it, to repurchase and instal a new one, but its just says 'thats immoral'. It's almost like the gasme's not recognising that it's there, except I can run into it. When I logged back in a wall had suddenly appeared right down the middle of my new kitchen, I cant demloish it, paint it, or do anything with it. When I tagged the radiator, the game froze and I couldnt even use esc, or tab or anything, I had to shut down extermally. As per task, I demolished the wall to make way for the new kitchen, then I went to install the radiator, didnt even have the mountable pieces, just the part that can be purchased from teh shop and an icon "E" assemble. Spending a bit more time with client jobs than the bare minimum can be helpful, insuring players have a good understanding of all of the cleaning and customization options House Flipper offers, and also giving them more funds to afford the renovations they will no doubt make to their first fixer-upper.Hi, I ran into some major issues with Aunts house as well. “Student’s house to clean up” introduces another use for the vacuum, sucking up roaches. Given that cleaning and installation mechanics are about as involved as tasks in Among Us, players may want to rush through the contract work and dive into the main event of buying, renovating, and reselling homes. The “Cleaning the Garage” job is the earliest example of the cleaning tool producing a vacuum which is used to dust windows, instead of a broom or a mop. While these four missions unlock all tool slots, a few other jobs provide the first examples of context-specific tool functions. However, it is possible this was from an earlier build of the game, or there may be alternate ways to access these tools. “Necessary Extra Bathroom” is the mission to unlock the last of House Flipper’s tools with certainty, at present.
The last tool slot, tiling and paneling, unlocks with Eric Camel’s job “Necessary Extra Bathroom.” Some players may have acquired the tool from a different mission.

At this point players will have nearly their entire tool wheel unlocked, and with demolition, they can live out the home renovation TV show experience of taking a sledgehammer to unwanted walls, occasionally discovering some interesting secrets concealed in properties they buy in House Flipper. Attempting to sell a client’s belongings, when the player is not explicitly instructed to, brings up a variety of amusing rejection messages, such as “ We’re not playing thief simulator.” Players Need All Tools To Salvage House Flipper's HomesĬlient Thomas Johnson’s task, “Additional Walls,” unlocks three tool options, allowing the player to build walls and lintels, as well as the wall demolition ability, with the much-desired sledgehammer tool. The scanner is provided alongside the painting task so that the player can sell excess, unused paint back for a small offset to the job’s overhead. This mission grants the paint roller as well as the scanner tool that it used to sell items. The next important job to take on is “Amaranth Walls,” from Amanda Smith.

This starter task also introduces the use of the tablet to buy goods, as it involves cleanup as well as installing replacement radiators. On returning to their home base, players will then have the new tool show as unlocked in their tool wheel. Most jobs require at least 70 percent completion for the task to register as done, and the tool to be permanently retained. Players are required to complete the missions to retain use of the tools, rather than simply starting the job to take the tool in hand.

This task gives players a broom tool, which they can later upgrade to a mop, and also introduces the trash disposal mechanics. Starting players will have only one option, a job called “Ex-boyfriend stole the radiator from my house” from client Sara Lewis. Though there are several jobs that offer only profit and work experience, gamers eager to jump into the actual house flipping can focus solely on the tasks that unlock tools, from the basic broom up through the final set of tools, tiling and paneling. These tasks build up funds that can go toward home purchases, but they also unlock the game’s tools that come into use cleaning and redesigning the player’s owned properties.
